Teachers in Kenya often learn about school vacancies through word of mouth or newspaper ads. The process is opaque, slow and favours those with personal connections over qualifications.
We designed a transparent job board specifically for the education sector, with filters for subject, county, school type and contract terms — giving teachers the same visibility professionals in other industries have.
A responsive web application where schools post vacancies and teachers search, filter and apply. Features include subject-specific matching, county-level filtering, application tracking and notification alerts for new postings.
